Even in Frank Sinatra' s prime, provided this movie was made when initially intended on the back of "The Detective": I can't see Frank pulling this off. Well, then again: it would have been a completely different movie, closer to what Eastwood did with Magnum Force, John Wayne in McQ, and Paul Newman did in The Drowning Pool.

In the end, through the ups and downs: Bruce Willis was born to be in this movie. He's the only John McClain. Period.
